MLM opportunities are a dime a dozen but true 3% leaders in the network marketing business industry are not. If there is one thing the world not just this industry is starving for, its leadership. Most people in MLM think that if they just have the best product, training, system, and coach that they will have success. That is farther from the truth.
One must be willing no matter what to work on themselves way more than they work on their business. It’s all about personal development. The conversation that goes on between your ears can be your biggest enemy of friend. Only you can decide. The best MLM opportunities are those that focus on leadership first. They understand once the leaders are in place then they are on track to have the best home based business. But if your leaders are not in place then the company won’t last long.
Understand that there are 3 leadership strengths that one must embrace. You can’t just do them separately but all together. They are as follow:
1. Strength of self mastery
2. Strength of action
3. Strength of relationships
The hardest thing to master is yourself. Once you master yourself everything else falls into place. Our emotions, mind, will, and beliefs all play an intrical role in our success. Trust me you can be in several MLM opportunities but if you don’t master yourself you will not win.
Action is what separates great thinkers from great achievers in your home business. You can have the best idea in the world but if you don’t act on it then what good was the thought. Most people procrastinate which robs them of their great future. In all that you do take massive action.
Relationships are what matter most in life. Not the cars, money, houses, clothes, or toys. If nobody respects, likes, or trusts you what does it matter? Master building, fostering, and keeping relationships. Even if someone hurt you in the past, let it go and move on. That could be the very thing that is causing success to elude you.
Undoubtedly I could spend several days talking about leadership. What is mentioned here are the 3 strengths that you definitely want to focus on. I must say that as you work on yourself (the above) you still want to work on your marketing. Without knowing how to market your business will be dead in the water as well.
