The Joy of Perfect Self-Expression

I always wanted to be a capable writer and a spellbinding speaker.

But I had nothing to say.

Worse, I had no skills with which to communicate.

And on top of these issues, I was scared, suffering simultaneously from both writer’s block and stage fright.

But as you’ll see if you read my biography at the end of this article, I overcame my disabilities to become quite accomplished, and you can, too!

And now I’d like to share with you a realization I had this morning as I was blissfully doing research at the public library while my toddlers were transfixed at story time in a different room.

There are few joys in life as blissful as being able to express yourself, perfectly. By “perfectly” I mean feeling motivated to communicate an idea and instantly being able to translate that desire into the right words and tones, as a speaker and as a writer.

I used to worry about everything pertaining to self-expression. Will I become daunted by my stage fright? Will my mind gum-up just as I need to flow some words onto a page?

Will I sound too dumb? Will I be embarrassed, later on if I miss the mark?

Will my jokes get a laugh or fall flat?

Should I even bother?

But now, having applied The Law of Large Numbers, these simply are concerns, no longer. I’ve written far too many best-selling books and frequently read articles to doubt myself.

Like the old Nike ads said, these days I “Just Do It!”

And so can you, as I point out in my new program, “Crystal Clear Communication: How to Explain Anything in Speech and Writing.” With a few simple formulas you can learn to quickly organize, shape, and deliver a message to any audience.

When you do I believe you’ll agree, There are few joys in life as blissful as being able to express yourself, perfectly!
